To ensure the best possible organization of activities and a high level of safety, we ask you to review the guidelines governing access to the laboratories.

AUTONOMOUS ACCESS

To use the scientific instruments independently of the presence of the laboratory’s technical staff and at any time the Centre is open (see Locations and opening hours), it is necessary to receive explicit authorization, the procedure for which is described in the instructions for filling out the request.

Please note that independent access is NOT available for the following laboratories:

    • Biomedical Imaging;
    • Crystallography;
    • Scientific Prototyping.

The authorization process consists of the following steps:

    1. completing the request form for independent work;
    2. evaluating the request (applicant’s status, risk profile update, fulfillment of training requirements, training, and test completion);
    3. receiving authorization (example of completed authorization).

Access to the Laboratory will be via a University badge, which will be activated at the end of the procedure.

RATES

The Centre’s regulations provide for the application of a fee for the use of the equipment:

SUPPORT FOR TEACHING ACTIVITIES

The Centre also carries out teaching support activities (frontal courses, exercises included in the courses held by teachers, courses for new users) which are regulated by the guidelines for teaching support activities.
