The PERKIN ELMER LS50B Spectrofluorimeter is used for static fluorescence measurements (endpoint reading). It allows the determination of emission spectra (range 200 – 800 nm) and excitation spectra (range 200 – 700 nm) of luminescence (fluorescence and phosphorescence) on liquid samples. Temperature control is available between 5°C and 80°C.

Software for data acquisition and processing: FL WinLab. Data can be copied onto a USB drive.

Technical features:

  • Emission scanning range: 200 – 800 nm;
  • Excitation scanning range: 200 – 700 nm;
  • Standard single cell holder for 10 mm cuvettes.
