At the LAMSC laboratory of the Department of Chemistry, the structure of a Delta-kinematic 3D printer was developed for plastic filament extrusion. The aluminum frame with carbon fiber arms and high-resistance plastic joints ensures both lightness and rigidity. The system was then upgraded with a large, heated plane.
